This award is dedicated to those who lead by example, putting their mission and those around them before themselves.

Award Criteria

Nominees should be leaders of teams within the bio-science industry that have demonstrated admirable leadership.

Examples Of Suitable Nominations

Team leader has demonstrated excellent leadership with specific examples
Team leader has demonstrated admirable leadership skills in times of hardship
Team leader has demonstrated personal sacrifice for the betterment of their team

The Prize

The winner of the Leader Of the Year award will be presented with an official JWI trophy and a holiday of their choice worth up to £1000.
